Sylvarium is a free personal vocabulary and reading tool. You may use it for your own personal, non-commercial learning. You may not use automated scripts or bots to make requests to this service. There is no advertising on this site.

Bibliomuse is the community reading list feature of Sylvarium. Content you post — including reading list names, book entries, and recommendation text — is publicly visible to all users. By posting content you confirm that:

• You will not post content that is offensive, defamatory, illegal, or infringes the rights of others.
• You will not impersonate another person or use a username that is misleading or harmful.
• You will not copy extended passages of copyrighted text into recommendations.
• You are solely responsible for the content you post.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or that we consider harmful, without notice. If you see content that should be removed, contact the developer.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Sylvarium.

Sylvarium is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. Definitions, etymology, and other content are sourced from third-party APIs (Wiktionary, Open Library) and may be incomplete or inaccurate. We are not responsible for the content of those services. User-generated content on Bibliomuse is not moderated in real time and does not represent the views of the developer.

As a free proof-of-concept service, Sylvarium may be changed, interrupted, or discontinued at any time without notice. We recommend using the Export feature in Settings to keep a backup of your vocabulary and book data.

Your vocabulary and book data is stored in your own browser. Bibliomuse content (reading lists, recommendations, username) is stored on our server. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
